Psychotherapist Consultations for Neurodivergent Cases

Psychotherapy can be helpful for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, or simply wanting support with personal growth and well-being. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Your first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing your goals, and exploring what has brought you to therapy. Together, you and your therapist will begin developing a plan that feels supportive and meaningful for your needs.

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. The overall duration of therapy varies for each person and depends on their goals, needs, and progress. Some clients attend for 8–12 sessions to address a specific concern, while others benefit from longer-term support. Sessions are most commonly scheduled weekly or biweekly, with many clients transitioning to monthly or as-needed check-ins as they continue to build confidence and maintain progress.

Our therapists use a collaborative and individualized approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based and holistic techniques. Treatment may include CBT, mindfulness, somatic, trauma-informed, IFS, EFT and strength solution-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals.
