Kindred Hope Wellness focuses on the questions we all have throughout our lives for many unique reasons. Our approach is positive, compassionate, somatic and encouraging on exploring new skills and strategies with other intriguing, eclectic techniques from a mindful perspective. Let's work together on your journey by trying different ways to cope. Kindred Hope’s therapists respect your life and what you are aware of. Our goal is to assist you and walk with you through your challenging issues. The Lion’s portrait has been chosen because it resembles courage, inner strength, and bravery, all of which is often needed to start therapy.

Our team works with youth and adults with anxiety, depression, neurodivergent, LGBTQ2S+, trauma, grief, and many other aspects you may carry. We specialize in clients complex lives with a focus in professional and personal lifestyles, such as individuals deciding in life transitions or deal with difficult careers, particularly with first responders and military. Some therapists in our team have special training for assisting first responders and military in their struggles. Another area of specialization is with neurodivergent individuals. Kindred Hope Wellness' team has extensive experience with high functioning autism (ASD), AuDHD, and ADHD. We are dedicated to provide a safe, trusting and open environment of respect for all clients to speak freely.
