Kindred Hope is a safe space to find the courage and compassion to be yourself and embrace your possibilities.

Kindred Hope Wellness is a multidisciplinary practice in Keswick, Ontario, offering psychotherapy, massage therapy and behavioural support to children, youth, adults, couples, and families across the York-Simcoe region and, virtually, all of Ontario. We recognize the many questions, challenges, and transitions people move through over a lifetime, and we don't believe there's one right path to well-being. That's why our team draws from evidence-informed, holistic, and eclectic approaches, so you can find the strategies that actually work for your life, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Our team has particular depth supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, along with late-diagnosed adults, neurodivergent couples, and LGBTQ2S+ clients navigating the specific pressures of those roles. We see each client as the expert in their own life. Our job is to walk alongside you, not hand you a script. Our lion symbolizes the courage it takes to reach out in the first place. That first step is usually the hardest part, and we try to make it a little easier.

Book a session with our RMT and find a little more comfort and room to breathe.

Why Families Choose Kindred Hope

We’re human, not clinical. No stiff, sterile therapy-speak. Our team shows up as real people, and we build the same kind of relationship with you.

Multidisciplinary, under one roof. Psychotherapy, massage therapy and behavioural support work together instead of sending you to three different waiting rooms.

Neurodivergent-affirming by default, not an add-on. Several of our own therapists are neurodivergent, so this isn’t a specialty we bolted on. It’s how we think.

Care that flexes with your budget. Session are provided, with a sliding scale available in specific circumstances. We’d rather talk about what’s possible than turn someone away.

In-person in Keswick, virtual everywhere in Ontario. Serving Georgina, Sutton, Newmarket, Bradford, and Pefferlaw in person, with virtual sessions available province-wide.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "neurodivergent-affirming" therapy actually mean?

It means we don’t treat ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD as something to fix. We build support around how your brain actually works, not around a “typical” client who doesn’t exist. Several of our therapists are neurodivergent themselves, so this comes from lived experience, not just training.

Both. We see clients in person at our Keswick office and virtually anywhere in Ontario, so distance from York Region isn’t a barrier to working with our team.

Psychotherapy focuses on emotional and mental health, things like anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Behavioural support services focus on building practical skills, like communication, independence, and daily living strategies, often for neurodivergent clients. Many of our clients benefit from both.

Yes. Late-diagnosed adults, especially women, are one of the groups we see most often, and it’s an area our team has real depth in.

Yes. Our massage therapy sessions are designed to be comfortable and adaptable to your individual needs. If you experience sensory sensitivity, anxiety, chronic tension, or sensory overload, you can communicate your preferences with your RMT so the session can be adjusted to what feels comfortable for you. At Kindred Hope, we aim to provide a calm, judgment-free environment where you can feel supported rather than pressured to relax in a particular way.
