Children • Teens • Adults

Typical sessions: 1–3 hours

Behavioural & Executive Functioning Coaching provides individualized, practical support for people who may struggle with emotional regulation, communication, organization, routines, transitions, or managing everyday demands.

Support is tailored to the individual's age, needs, strengths, and goals.

For children and teens, coaching may focus on emotional regulation, communication, transitions, social skills, routines, problem-solving, flexibility, and increasing independence.

For teens and adults, coaching may also address executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, time management, task initiation, follow-through, managing overwhelm, and balancing school, work, home, and daily responsibilities.

What Sessions May Include

Sessions may involve practicing regulation strategies, creating routines or visual supports, breaking larger tasks into manageable steps, developing organization and planning systems, strengthening communication and problem-solving skills, or working through real-life situations as they happen. Support can take place at home, in the community, or virtually when appropriate, depending on the individual's goals.
