Are you curious about Lara?

The yoga studio or with my kids.

Yoga, weightlifting, and I am trying to keep up with a meditation practice.

Yoga (did I say that already?), teach and inspire new behaviour therapists, make my kids laugh, relax with my husband, and off-leash walks with my dog, Shiloh.

What made you decide to choose your role as a RBA therapist?

I have been doing this work for a long time, so it was a natural step to take. But my mentors have always encouraged me to keep learning and push through the challenging moments.

What are you biggest interests that show a bit about you?

Yoga (broken record), my family, movement and exercise, and good food.
